Caregiver qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of healthcare experience

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Must be a legal U.S. resident

  • Must be responsible and punctual

  • Must be compassionate

  • Must be patient

  • Must be problem solvers

    Preferred:

  • Certified Nursing Assistants

  • Certified Home Health Aides

  • Licensed drivers

Caregiver screening requirements:

  • Participate in an in-person interview

  • Provide at least two personal/business references

  • Provide proof of immunizations for tuberculosis and other communicable diseases

  • Provide proof of legal U.S. residency

  • Complete homecare competency tests


    Record checks:

  • Background / criminal history

  • Driving records

  • Sexual offender databases

  • Complete drug screenings
